Instructions for Amalgamating Herbal Medicine to your broth.
First soak your herbal medicine in 4 cups of filtered room temperature water for 30 mins to 1 hours.
When your broth is ready to simmer, add your herbal medicine and the soaking water.
Strain out herbs and broth ingredients. Taste your broth and adjust with herbs, salt, pepper and sauces as herbal medicine can sometimes produce a different flavour to what you may be used to in previous cooks.
