This in-depth workshop covers theory and practical application of Cupping & Gua Sha for you, family, friends and clients (current health practitioners) to achieve wellness from Home or your Health Clinic.
Jemima navigates you through this ancient Chinese Medicine and Eastern European health tool with wide applications in resolving muscular, viral, digestive, emotional and general flow for good health.
Cupping and Gua Sha are readily available tools that once learnt can empower you attend to health needs of those around you as well as a deeper understanding in how to assist yourself on your wellness journey.
This workshop will be divided up between Theory, Discussion and Application, as well as a lunch break. Our main focus is on cupping and Gua Sha on the back, stomach, neck and throat. If you hold an interest in facial Gua Sha hang tight for our next workshop: 'Facial Gua Sha for Health, free Flow and Beauty'.
Held at Tongue and Tonic we can accommodate 6 Health wisdom seekers per workshop. An intimate workshop setting allows abundant one on time to build confidence in your new skills.

Sage first stopped by in 2020, feeling drawn into the vibration at T&T. Since that time he has spent many years in Australia despite being a bit of a gypsy and world traveler. In his last stay he was in full creative mode and designed a full set of oracle cards that is due to be launched this month!
